oms! i read one stupid rumour that tevez is going to pool for 32 mil and now i m like checking soccernet every 10 mins to see if theres developments to that story. ahhhh! anyway, i m such a pig, woke at like 10 today and den slept from 1130 to 1230. hahaha.

anyways. yesterday was great. except it wasnt too productive. went to julie place in the morning, den i got a headache so took a long nap before we went to eat prata for lunch! heh. sorry dearie, heh, next time i ll pay k! after that we walked down to btp to meet shelly and manda. i tell u, the like renovated the whole place la, and apart from a minimized kfc, everything else is changed, den i was like telling shelly 'eh i m in fairprice', den she was like 'this place is infested with sandflies?' anyway, tried to study vectors but ended up doing 4 questions in 4 hours, irritating man. after that headed back to julie's home den bathe and i went off to meet my aunt, uncle, max and wei shan for dinner.

i was like at pete's place and so in the intention of pigging out but the portions were small so it wasnt too bad. the good was great but the mushroom soup tasted weird. heh. den they had this ice cream with rum that was swell! but i cant believe they didnt have basil with olive oil. its like great stuff that u can eat with bread. den i asked this waiter for basil, and she gaved me chopped basil leaves, *faints*. ya. lol. so i was saying, the food was not bad, service, i think i ll give it 3 starts, and conclude that the tavern still rocks!

headed down to safra mount faber for midnight bowling with the two boys with my aunt leaving me to take care of them while she and my uncle went home. so we bowled 3 games after they dramatically cancelled off names from the queue. anyways. first game, got thrashed by both of them, goodness. den after that recovered and got second. and the last, by pure determination, showed the true form i shud have been hitting and thrashed both of them, but max still beat me in the overall pinfall by 3. i got 90, 114 and 149. haha. and half way through the games i think i caught the amanda syndrome or something, den i started talking crap and dancing around like some dance floor contestant gone wrong and singing the songs they played on perfect 10 coupled with imitating an indian accent all way home. lol. ok. forget u read the last 3 sentences.

anyway. i was like kinda thinking. aye. this is relaxing man. but i m the sort hu just hates to look even when theres nothing at stake. so first game, rusty rusty, second game rusty. den i was like at the start of the third game, gawd, i m gonna get beaten by a 12 and a 14 year old. so each frame was a frame of focus and each frame with a target set in mind, he striked, i striked too, and near the end, he fizzed and i fired. well i still fell shot at the end but i reduced it from 26 pins to 3. and i guess that could have been applied to midyears. at first, i somewhat nonchalant. putting in effort but being more routine with a lower sense of urgency and lack of focus. den after awhile, i did get semi ok scores but i realised that this time, the demands would be way higher. so to meet those demands, i would need to raise my game. even thou the end result wasnt good enough. one thing i proved to myself was, even thou i can be way behind, as long as i give it my best, as long as i remained focused even with little time left. i can bridge the gap to make it smaller than it should have been.

sweet stuff aye. but loads of work to be done.
